My favourite words

include wholesome in English,
complicité in French,
Welträtzel (and of course Weltschmerz) in German,
 Забвение and apparatchik in Russian
(who is not an apparatchik now ?),
uddhar in Sanskrit
and wabi-sabi in Japanese.
There are others, which
in my near-senility I can't recall,
but it's enough to mull over these.

Thank you for the knowledge of uddhar. But what is the first Russian word cited here?

ZABVENIYE - it means obliteration, oblivion, utter nothingness, and is, needless to say, the name o a rock band.
